Chandrabhaga Beach WATCHING SUNRISE AND SUNSET
Chandrabhaga Beach is situated three km east of the Sun temple of Konark, in the Puri district in the state of Odisha, India. The abode of the magnificent Sun Temple, the beach is known for its stunning sunrise and sunset.This sea beach is named after Chandrabhaga river which joins the sea here. Every year on 7th full moon day of Magha month ( local calendar ) special Puja organised here and many visit this beach on this day to take bath ( holy dip ) in sea water.the Chandrabhaga Beach is considered to be one of the biggest assets of the state as far as tourism is concerned.
